Your competitors are getting your calls. Let me fix that.

You don't have a lead problem.

You've got leads. They call while you're in an attic. They fill out a form that goes to an inbox nobody watches. They get a quote and never hear from you again. Every agency in your inbox wants to sell you more leads. You're already losing the ones you have.

  • Missed callsThe average contractor misses a quarter of them. Most of those people call the next name on the list within five minutes.
  • Slow callbacksThe first business to respond usually wins the job, regardless of price.
  • Dead quotesMost shops send one and wait. Two follow-ups converts a real share of them with no new leads at all.
  • No reviewsYou've done good work for hundreds of people. Google shows thirty of them.

No contract

Stay because it works.

Month to month. Cancel with two weeks' notice and the phone number goes with you. It's on your truck and your yard signs and I'm not holding it hostage.

Who's behind this

I'm Richard.

I run Seminole Handyman Pros. I've paid for leads that never answered the phone. I've lost jobs because I was under a house and didn't hear it ring. I built this because I was the one losing the calls.

I'm not a marketing company that found the trades. I run a handyman business and got tired of watching money walk.

How it works.

  1. Free auditI pull your Google profile, check your reviews against your three closest competitors, and call your number to see what happens. You get a page, by email. No charge.
  2. One 20 minute callI ask how you want the phone answered, what you don't do, and what happens when somebody asks your price.
  3. Live in a weekEverything but the texting is on in week one. Texting needs carrier approval, which takes one to three weeks and isn't up to either of us.

Questions.

Why you and not one of the big agencies?

They're good. They also start around $2,800 a month and want contractors over $3 million. I'm one guy, I answer my own phone, and I charge $997.

What if it doesn't work?

Cancel any month. You keep your number and your customer list.

Am I locked in?

No. Month to month.

Who actually does the work?

Me.

Do I have to change how I run jobs?

No. This sits in front of your existing setup. If you run Jobber or QuickBooks I'll wire into it so reviews fire when you close a job. If you run a notepad, that works too.

How fast is it live?

A week for everything that isn't texting. Texting needs carrier approval, one to three weeks, and nobody can speed that up.

What's it cost?

$997 a month, $1,500 to set up. $750 setup if you pay the year up front.
